«The Kyivan’s card» — is a ticket to the information society

«The on-site introduction of the electronic technology in the stand-alone cities and regions may become fruitful»,such is the opinion of Vadim Dmytrenko, the commercial manager of the LLC «UnIT».

The topic of introduction of an electronic control has been more of a populistic nature, rather than of a practical nature throughout all the period of Ukraine’s independence. Something constantly interfered with the attempts of the politicians to implement the notions, which would simplify the lives of the citizens  (and of the power itself), which would eradicate the corruption and which would contribute to the state’s modernization. And it was so even regardless of the fact of availability of the powerful IT-sphere, the specialists of which can compete with their international colleagues as equals. The introductions of «the digital Ukraine» are clearly among the development’s priorities after the Revolution of Dignity, at which the citizens demanded the better standards of life. This involves the introduction of electronic contro at the nationwide level in the first place. In the meantime, the in-place    introduction of the electronic technology may prove to be more fruitful   in the stand-alone cities and regions. «The Kyivan’s card» may be considered as the pioneer within this framework, which offers the ticket to the information society along with the electronic democracy, for now this offer is available only to the capital’s residents. As it was declared by the Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, in case, if the project is successful, this experience may be promulgated throughout the whole Ukraine.

«Currently we are engaged into integration of the web-portal of Administrative services provision centre. This will give the chance of the citizen’s identification by his (her) social ID, of the direct benefit’s accrual, of the administrative service’s online order in the personal cabinet and  it’s achievement in this Centre. In such a way, Ukraine has all the chances of excelling even the countries of EU on it’s way to the society’s informatization. The analogue of «The Kyivan’s card», which would combine an electronic document, a bank card, a medical card, a discount card, a transport card, a pupil’s card and a student’s card simultaneously with the possibility of threading new functions, doesn’t exist as of today’s date», — such is the opinion of Vadim Dmytrenko, the commercial manager of the company «UnIT» — which is the investor, the developer and the integrator of the project.
