For the 2015 year Ukraine has risen by 17 positions in the ranking of Global Services Location Index, which is a consulting A.T Kearney. The previous version of the rating published in autumn 2014. In this study, countries are ranked by estimated in three categories: financial attractiveness, specialist skills and availability of labor and business environment.Terms of capitalization of the sector in a separate environment, in turn, determine the six main indicators: R & D-enviroment, IT- infrastructure, human capital, supporting the development of IT, the business environment, laws and legal environment.
