What will be the differences between the «Kyivan’s card» and the ID-card of the new internal passport of Ukraine?

«The Kyivan’s card» is a much greater instrument by it’s essence and functionality than simply the identifier of the city’s or country’s dweller, like, for example, the new internal passport of Ukraine in the form of plastic ID-card.  That’s what was announced by Yevgen Lisnyak — the executive director of the LLC “Universal information technology” (“UnIT”), which is a developer, an investor and integrator of the project in the upscale interview to the “Hromadske” channel.

The portal «DELO» («AFFAIR») informs as follows: “The core feature of the “The Kyivan’s card” is the fact, that the functionality, which is extended on  it’s basis, embraces practically all the spheres of the human’s activities of daily living and it possesses an unlimited potential. So far as known, the citizen’s ID-document is not a bank card, for example, in the concept, which is discussed currently by the government, consequently, it can’t be used as the means of payment”, — that’s how Lesnyak commented on the issue concerning the use of “The Kyivan’s card” in case of the introduction of the ID-document of the Ukraine’s citizen in the future.

The card offers the human’s identification with the segregation of the welfare beneficiaries, which enables the state to grant such people a targeted aid and to make use of the stand-alone fringe benefits. Also the various specialized cards can be created on it’s basis: the journalist’s card, the student’s card, the scholar’s card, the medical man’s card and so on and so forth.
