The flush statement to the mass media
Dear representatives of the mass media!
The LLC «Universal information technology» is profoundly worried by dissemination of the untruthful information by the mass media concerning the enterprise’s promoters and concerning the involvement of the LLC «UnIT» with the former Minister of Energy Eduard Stavytskyi.
We announce officially, that E. Stavytskyi has never been involved with the LLC «UnIT», and no company belonging to E. Stavytskyi has ever been a joint-tenant of the LLC «UnIT». We would like to stress, that the disseminated information is the provocation and we ask the mass media to be attentive towards similar attempts of the public opinion’s inflammation and to resist a «dirty» technology of the rumors’ dissemination.
The LLC «UnIT» demands the refutation of an untruthful information concerning the involvement of E. Stavytskyi with the company from the mass media in the same way, in which the mass media disseminated this information and it also discloses the information about the company’s tenants completely:
The tenant of the LLC «UnIT» is a Cyprian company «Feriolo Holdings Ltd», which, in it’s turn belongs to the company «Great Software Solutions Ltd» at the Britain’s Virgin Islands, the beneficiaries of which are the citizens of Ukraine, who work at the LLC «UnIT».
The company «Sykon Holdings Ltd» is not the possessor of the company «Feriolo Holdings Ltd», but it performs solely the practical functions of the secretary-company, which corresponds to the requirements of the legislation of Cyprus entirely: it files the corresponding documents to the register, it maintains the registers of directors and shareholders and so on. The similar services are provided by «Sykon Holdings Ltd» to nearly 100 Cyprian companies.
The LLC «UnIT» is enrolled to the official Register of developers and of the deliverers of Ukraine’s software. The qualification of the company’s specialists is confirmed by the corresponding certificates of the firms – manufacturers of the software and the partners — Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco, ATT and others. The LLC «UnIT » was certified for the correspondence to the safety standard PCI DSS and to the quality standard ISO 9001:2008 for the fulfilment of requirements of the international standards. Also, the LLC «UnIT» has the licenses of the State service of the specialized communication and of the information protection of Ukraine to the right of the establishment of activity in the sphere of technical and cryptographic protection of the information.
The programming features, the hardware facilities and the other means have been developed, introduced and used within the framework of these licenses.
All the programme products are duly registered and they have the corresponding certificates of the copyright’s registration, and they’ve also passed the expert evaluation at the State Service of the Special Communication and of the Information’s Protection of Ukraine. The company’s clients are the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the State Employment Center, the Ukrainian railway, the Printing-and-Publishing Integrated Works “Ukraine”, the Kyiv Municipal State Administration, the communal enterprise «The principal information-and-computing centre», the communal enterprise «Kyiv’s subway», the communal enterprise «Kyivtransparkservice» and others.
At the same time, the LLC «UnIT» possesses all the things needed for the software development: the programme-and-technical, the material, and the other resources, and it also has the experience of fulfillment of the numerous IT-projects in Ukraine, including the social ones.
The LLC «UnIT» is a Ukrainian company, it has been establishing the economic activity in the IT-branch for 9 years and it employs 35 highly qualified specialists on a full-time basis and more than 40 specialists by the contracts.
The implemented projects are as follows: «The Kyivan’s card», «The electronic ticket», «The graphical protection element of the marks of an excise tax», «The system of electronic express-payments», «The complex of program products for the production and for the personalization of the ID-documents according to the requirements of ICAO».
The starting point for each of the implemented projects, was and remains to be the company’s attitude towards it’s country and the citizens.
