The Ukrainian capital adopts the best practices of introduction of the IT-technology in the sphere of the secondary-level education. That way, the pilot project «The pupil’s card», which gives the possibility to feel all the advantages of «The electronic school» is introduced in the two schools of Kyiv on the basis of the «Kyivan’s card». Simultaneously, the harmonization of the state approach towards an electronic education, the instruction of the competent staff, who will know how to use the modern IT-technology, is very important, according to the expert’s opinion. Apart from that, the issue of online education at the higher educational institutions, which is practiced arduously throughout the world along with the issue concerning the way, in which Ukraine introduces the world experience, were taken up in the broadcasting.
