We didnt use the restaurants at the hotel, we chose to step out to Quinta Shopping, literally opposite the hotel, full of designer boutiques, bars and restaurants, slightly out of season on our. Yes, Conrad Algarve offers airport transportation for guests. Yes, free parking and valet parking are available to guests. I used the Spa twice and it was a delight. Our fourth time at this truly amazing Hotel.With out a doubt, this was our best experience yet!In my experience its difficult to exceed customer expectations when you are a repeat visitor, but this Hotel is an exception to that rule!It is testimony to its loyal staff, the consistency in service, that customers come back to this resort time and time again.We visited this year for a very special anniversary and were blown away with the lengths that staff went to, all to ensure that it was memorable.From the moment we arrived, everything was done to make our stay special.We were lucky enough to be there at the 100years Hilton celebrations so this made it even more amazing.A little about the Hotel-This Hotel manages to cater for both families and couples without excluding or having Adult only areas.Children of all ages are made to feel very welcome and part of your holiday experience.Your day starts with breakfast, where there is a good selection and a choice of seating inside or out.A relaxed ambience to set the day off before you head to one of the two pools, that never seem over crowded.Or, if you fancy, take the Hotel shuttle to the beach, where you can take advantage of the Hotel service - at a fee, providing sun beds and amenities for the day.In the evening you can make full use of the hotel bar and restaurants or head to one of the local places that are close by.The standards of cleanliness and consistency in room type guarantee that you will not disappointed with your stay.I cant see that there could be a badly located room, as all are well appointed.For once, the TA reviews are spot on! Shower leaked. It's the same generally low quality items. The weather in Portugal is quite moderate meaning it does not get that cold in the winter. As during our previous visits, we had an excellent dinner at Louro. Every member of staff is always very polite and helpful. For any runners, if you turn left from the hotel and follow the road straight you will come to a wooden bridge, cross it and you will find a beautiful beach, with a bar and a few sun loungers, again slightly out of season so this area may be busier during peak times (not the Conrad Algarve beach - you get a free shuttle from the hotel to the Conrad Beach) For golfers, the courses are great (so my husband said!!) I just wanted to drop a quick line to share our most sincere appreciation following our stay last week, celebrating our wedding anniversary.
